Automatic Backlit Mirror Sandblasting Machine is a new type of glass sandblasting machine specially developed for glass mirror sandblasting. This equipment is developed on the basis of ordinary sandblasting machines for the special properties of bathroom mirrors, vanity mirrors, LED mirrors, hair salon mirrors and other series of glass products. The sandblasting machine adopts full servo control, and performs trajectory sandblasting according to different shapes of different mirrors. The mirror primer (aluminum paint, copper paint) and glass sandblasting are completed at one time, with high processing efficiency, and the sandblasting effect is fine, smooth, uniform, and free of burrs.
Glass automatic sandblasting machine designed according to the marketing requirement that control by the PLC, suitable for processing ***0mm thickness of flat glass to different kind of patterns . The transmission control by the photo switch and limit switch automatically. Glass conveys by the roller, and the guns driven by chain so that can be move up and down for sandblasting (the distance can be adjusted according to the requirement). Stable transmission, high efficiency and easy maintenance of the chain system. There is a dust-proof cover for the bearing that is onto the drive structure is beneficial to the long period normal working condition and daily maintenance. Adopt the PLC for controlling. The kinds of equipment are with the function of stable running, large-scale function, easy operation and can be explore the glass position automatically when sandblasting.

The equipment has two modes: full automatic and manual. The machine equipped with three automatic guns and one manual gun. The lifting of the gun and the transmission of glass are all PLC automatic control by synchronous belt transmission, the transmission is stable and durable, and the gun lifting device is located outside of the body. Low failure rate. (Sandblasting depth from shallow to deep rule change can be customized).
Our machine adopts red high quality rubber which is long life service time not easy to cause deformation.
